Another prophet speaks

Last September,the Seveth Day Adventist Church invited me to look into the archives of Ellen G.White, one of their founders,and prophet.

She had spoken in a little mining town/rail stop in the Mojave desert where I grew up (see Ellen G. White, "Sermon on the Cars", December 14, 1884)

The old prospectors were still talking about it 80 years later, as her sermon caused all the 'soiled doves, to quit 'the biz,and move on with their lives. The town decided they didn't want her to come back,so there were no more lynchings after that.

She ended her sermon with something to the effect of "those who reject God will be destroyed by the fires which come from the inner earth, AWAKENED BY THE FIRES WHICH COMES FROM ABOVE".

This matches exactly what the Tribal Shamans say "The meteors will crack the Earth's crust and the Magna will pour out".

For the record, I'm not Adventist,as my nicotine fingers and the steaks in the refrig will attest.However,I seek the truth,

A couple of paragraphs before that,she mentioned the fact that (American) men left their homes and wives in order to particiapte in the California Gold Rush. It did not please her.But then she didn't understand the American Male Mind. We also push the fronteirs.... it's what we do.

But as she was a Lady, I have to cut her some slack. And in no way does it distract from her prophecy. Let him that has ears hear.

The long-lived antediluvians were swept from the earth because they made void the divine law. God will not again bring from the heavens above and the earth beneath waters as his weapons to use in the destruction of the world; but when next his vengeance shall be poured out against those who despise his authority, they will be destroyed by fire concealed in the bowels of the earth, awakened into intense activity by fires from heaven above. Then from the purified earth shall arise a song of praise: "Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, be unto Him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb forever and ever." "Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints." And every one who has made the heavenly treasure the first consideration regarding it as of priceless value, will join in the glad triumphant strain.
