How about all the PRIVATE light aircraft and their pilots? You know, the ones with the unpressurized cockpits? The airlines pressurize their aircraft to maybe 7,000 feet or so, but I believe the private aircraft are not required to even go on oxygen until 14-15,000 feet or so. Their cabins are totally Unpressurized! How many of THESE pilots are getting blood clots, or soon will be getting them? I look for a very sharp INCREASE in private plane crashes to start, in the very near future.....
A similar thing happened with Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome was first making the rounds back in the 80s. It gave pilots brain fog and interfered with their ability to pilot. The gov't denied, denied, denied. But, not as bad as the pilot just dying. Of course, there is a co-pilot so doubtful both the pilot and co-pilot would die at the same time. Still, though, it will affect the airlines bottom lines as people won't want to take the chance. Same thing will happen to driver's of vehicles, too, so more chance of disaster there.
Not much difference between a heart attack or a stroke.....both caused by a blood clot, usually. I've heard people with stints had better really watch out..... stints are known to cause blood clots all by themselves.... really, really bad out look on this, folks.....
