Huge FLOOD Quebec -1400 National Guard Troops

As of this morning, they are sending extra troops to help the victims of flooding. The number is up to 1,600. What cause all this can be attributed to the daming of a number of rivers to produce electricity. To prevent the dam from being damage by the excess water, Hydro Quebec has order to open the vans and allow the excess water to flow out. They say it is a prevention mesure. Hydro Quebec won't be paying for the damage for sure. Same scenario as of Oroville, same decision and same outcome: people pay the price. In British Columbia Canada, they also have a number of floods and land slides. One person so far is not accounted for. His house was burried under a landslide.
