Someone other than POTUS wrote this. I don't see the wisdom in broadcasting dates and intentions. Probably something like this is about to happen, but the date seems a bit far out. But, when it does happen, yes, Soros will be throwing money at people to burn the cities down.

Here is a quote that bugs me, and pegs my BS meter out at maximum BS.
We will be initiating the Emergency Broadcast System (EMS) during this time in an effort to provide a direct message (avoiding the fake news) to all citizens.
So, for myself, I believe anyone who uses outdated terms like Emergency Broadcast System, outs themselves as an uninformed, non insider. Those who are involved with that system, especially now, know it as EAS (Emergency Alert System), and have called it that for years, that includes public officials who were trained to utilize it, and even book keepers tabulating it as a line item in government budgets. This message is not only not from POTUS, but reads like a conspiratorial fantasy manifesto. Trolling pure and simple, in my less than perfect opinion. Very imaginative, and in some parts, well thought out, but don't let it get your hopes up. The real story will be much more interesting.
