    Yes, it has already started rattling the markets.  If the price drops too low, it will cost more to ship the oil than they shippers will make.  This will lead to scarcity which will lead to higher prices.

    John Kerry asked the Saudi's to drop the oil price and it directly affected Russia, Iran and Venezuela. The sanctions on Russia's banks really did them in.

    Don't know, but the take is that Obama's sanctioning of Russia backfired.
