  • Some of the statements made by the military don't ring true, so I did some checking.  Whether legal counsel advised him to label what he is writing as "humor, parody, and satire" was to cover his butt, I don't know, but these articles are not humorous, parody, or satirical.  I still don't see how Baxter (the author) is getting all these intimate details of what the perps are saying, unless he knows the people on the tribunal.  I hope it's true but I'm not sure.
