I don't see any way this dam will make it much longer. The other dams up river are all at their limit and anyone of them could overflow soon as the massive snow melt off begins. Oroville dam had a one inch crack in it when they built it and filled it with cement in those days there was no high tec cement so that is probably broken open. There is seepage at the emergency spillway that will eventually get larger. I have been watching this since the spillway tore itself apart.
