Well, bobbling explains it. We have so much cloud cover here, it's hard to ever see sunrise or sunset.

I have a set of tall pine trees that are due east of me and I can tell the direction of the sun rise and it moves.

I can and do line up the sunrises on nearby mountain peaks ( 11,000 ft. plus).....they don't move, but the Sun sure does....
