This is clearly an older video. Pause it at :53. Clearly, former president Jimmy Carter is there, yet at 3:14, it said he was unable to attend.
Also, Nancy Reagan is there, who passed away in 2016.

A rather jolly-looking crowd for a funeral, wouldn't you say? Also, notice the neckline of Barbara Bush's outfit. Very different to what she was wearing the "day of Barbara Bush's funeral." And, the pearl necklace in the above image is shorter than the one she wore "the day of Barbara Bush's funeral." Looks like Bill has on a darker-colored, maybe black, tie, while in the "funeral footage," it is clearly a brighter blue. Hard to tell with Hillary's attire, but she would have likely worn the jacket, as it is part of the outfit and hides her hips, but she is not wearing the jacket "the day of BB's funeral." (Her image is at about :48 in the video, yet at 1:17, she does appear to have a jacket on...same funeral? Don't think so). At 1:17, Bill's tie is dark, like the above photo. So, it is apparent, there are two separate events going on that have been conflated into one.
At 2:12, it is clear Daddy Bush's suit is darker than the one in the picture above.
