    The moisture is very noticeable especially to those that are having atmospheric rivers dump over 10 inches of rain on them in short periods of time. That has been happening for a couple years now with little rest.

Light to medium and we had a mud slide which freaked me out about 60 yards away. Every 10 day forecast shows 8 days of rain. As this upper low moves east and northeast of the region Tuesday and Wednesday, rainfall will diminish and eventually end. Additional rainfall amounts will mostly be less than one inch across the area. The excessive rainfall of the past few days has resulted in considerable runoff into area creeks, streams, and rivers. The Flood Warning continues for the New River At Radford. * until after daybreak this morning. * at 1 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 15.3 feet, and falling. * Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
