    I was a little distressed by that also. Following an exact procedure to exempt your exemption only is possible to an informed society and where will you ever find one ? definitely not in the USA.. This post is not even possible with the sheeple mentality of our country. Why did I even put it up? Because maybe I still have hope and will never give up.

    The ruling that you have to ask for it is similar to the SCOTUS ruling that one has to request their Miranda rights be given to them, otherwise they waive them.  What a crock.
