I caught this several years ago. Deceiver-in-chief. Memoranda are not listed on the same list as Executive Orders are listed. You have to know they exist and look for a separate list.

I have been wondering about the amnesty Executive order that has not shown up anywhere and congress is giving it funding in the omnibus bill. Why are they treating the amnesty speech as thought it is now a law with no visible paperwork anywhere.
I think it is time to realize that we actually have a fantasy government and the constitution is meaningless. Pretending is a game children play but I am watching a great many adults still playing it.
