Raising vibrations to help humanity
"THE PROJECT SIDE IS BEGINNING ON MANY FRONTS THROUGH SISTER AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. THE RELEASES THAT WERE DREAMED UP LONG AGO ARE FINALLY TAKING FRUIT. WE MUST REALLY BEGIN THINKING OF WHAT WE WILL ALL DO WHEN THE MONEY ARRIVES. WHAT WILL YOU DO? FIRST THINGS FIRST, GET STRUCTURED. I EMPHASIZE THIS AGAIN BECAUSE WE ARE ALL SO CLOSE. GET LEGAL ADVICE AND ESPECIALLY TAX, AND LOOK AT STARTING YOUR OWN CORPORATION, TRUST, FOUNDATION OR WHATEVER SUITABLE VEHICLE IS REQUIRED BY YOUR PROJECT.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND THE FOUNDATION OF YOUR FUTURE, SO LAY IT CAREFULLY. LOOK AT ALL THE OPTIONS THAT WOULD BE BEST FOR IT, AND PUT THE APPROPRIATE SERVICE, LIKE A LAWYER, TO GET IT DONE FOR YOU. VERY VERY IMPORTANT IT IS DONE PROPERLY FROM THE VERY START, EVEN IF IT DOES TAKE A LITTLE TIME.
BE MINDFUL OF YOUR RIGHTS AND WHAT YOU CAN DO LEGALLY. I RECEIVED MORE INFORMATION ON THE COPYRIGHT AND SIGNATURE ASPECT THAT HAS MERIT.
The latest thoughts on a signature by an individual on a deposit slip or setup instructions are:
By: signature (C) LS (Copyright circle) and for Living Soul……. & underneath…. All Rights reserved.
I do not believe that it is possible for me to copyright anything that I did not write or create, and because my parents gave me my name, I cannot copyright my name.
The Great Spirit gave me my soul, so I cannot copyright my soul. I might be wrong, but I remain unconvinced.
Also, I never drag in the Uniform Commercial Code by using their phrase "All Rights Reserved," because citing the UCC admits to being in commerce, and drags in article 1-207 or 1-308, which give a secular court judge the right of making a determination regarding what constitutes "in order that commerce may continue along the lines contemplated in the contract."
The definition for L.S. in Black's Law Dictionary is "Locus Sigilli," meaning "the place of the seal."
Black's Law Dictionary, 5th edition, page 854
LS. An abbreviation for "Locus sigilli” the place of the seal; i.e., the place where a seal is to be affixed, or a scroll which stands instead of a seal. See Locus sigilli.
Black's Law Dictionary, 5th edition, page 848
Locus sigilli. In place of the seal; the place occupied by the seal of written instruments. Usually abbreviated to "L.S." on documents in place of a seal.
IMO: The “idea” of adding “L.S.” post-signature can be a valid one but only if you insert at the very beginning of your document, a clearly stipulated Quotation of Definition: ie: “L.S.” means living soul not subject to rules of commerce. In doing so, you clearly stipulate to your meaning and purpose for inclusion. I also recommend adding the statement in the definitions either or both: “natural born living man” or “natural born living woman” and “Natural Person”.
This clearly defines your intention to be free from administrative control by courts intent on enforcement of laws pertaining to commerce and MUST be so stipulated in your table of definitions.
Another phrase has cropped up being Deposit Nomenclature: “This is a “Private Civilian Special Deposit” and you must ensure banks are do not presume otherwise. In other words, all deposits associated with you and your NAME must be considered Private Civilian Special Deposits by the bank, meaning that the bank acts as a Fiduciary Trustee, with no ownership interest implied or expressed on behalf of the bank - with respect to the assets deposited.
All deposits into are made under the condition that is acting as a Fiduciary Trustee, with no ownership interest implied or expressed on behalf of the bank, regarding the assets deposited by .
That statement ‘seems’ to make sense and has veracity. I would have to research the phrase to make a legal determination as to its authenticity and lawfulness.
However it once again seems reasonable for you to include a clearly worded “Definition” so stating.
Remember the maxim: “in law, the contract IS THE LAW”.
Again, you can use any terms you wish provided you include definitions at the beginning of your document."
