  • No, and they tend to oversweeten everything.

Yeah it probably takes a bit of getting used to. You can imagine the shock when you think your drinking just regular sweetened fruit juice and you find out its been sweetened with Stevia instead lol

It probably helps when you can control the amount added..yes.

In my case i had bought some of those juice boxes for children's lunch boxes's and thought i was buying just regular juicy sippers..i think it was Del Monte or something..it was many years ago...but only after i tasted it did i realize it was sweetened with Stevia and the taste was kind of overpowering. It was only then i had read the ingredients and saw it had Stevia added to it.

Obviously in store bought juice boxes you can't control the amount of Stevia added lol

  • Agree

As bad for your health as sugar is its still better than aspartame loll

Everything in moderation. (except aspartame gmo's and msg of course) lolll

Its OK to consume some sugars and carbs as long as you balance it out with eating lots of living raw foods that have the life force, exercise, drinking enough pure water daily,  and alkalizing your body on a regular basis.

Of course if your diabetic this need not apply

  • I have become used to it and it definitely helps to use a bit less than a bit more, because that odd taste comes out if you use too much.  Sometimes it refuses to blend with the other flavors, so it takes some getting used to and tweaking it until you get the taste you want.  I found with tea, letting it steep longer, in the pot with the heat on helps it to blend.

It is said that Manuka honey has incredible health benefits.  Don't know about the taste, but something worth researching for those who can tolerate sugars.

    Do you like stevia Cheryl?
I'm not sure how I feel about it. I had it in fruit juice once and it tasted a bit odd .

  • Moderation is the key, but sugar could be replaced with honey or stevia.
