This makes tons of sense, considering we may be on the other side of Russia in the coming Syrian conflict. Are politicians chosen for lack of common sense, loyalty to the Constitution, smarts? Perhaps psychosis is the new requirement?

I will, too. If Cobra's numbers are correct, it sounds like we are heading in the right direction. (Even if he is disinfo, there are usually kernels of truth peppered throughout.)
Don't forget that the Russians and the Chinese may be considered the good guys if they stand up to the current insane US administration that seems to be leading the destruction of humanity and the planet. Russians inspecting a US facility is just a insignificant distraction because I have no doubt that all top level humans on the planet wherever they are from are now totally manipulated by the controllers and it does not matter who knows what.
It doesn't matter anymore what country has the advantage because it is not country against country anymore.
It is humanity against a larger evil and it would be best if all humans realize this and set aside differences and religions and work together.
This is exactly why the controllers have been and still are constantly doing what they do. They are dividing us so we can't pose a threat to them until they have completed their setup of total control systems.
Will enough of us awaken and unite in time.
