    I predict it will never see the light of day, since this has been "invented" by "researchers" in the U.K.  The ELITES don't want it.  They want to keep those poor" unfortunates" in third world countries under control, and under their thumbs.  You can't cull those people, if they have fresh water and food, now, can you?  I'm sure those responsible for this invention will hold it "tight to their chests"  It is good to know that there is such a substance, even though we will probably never see it implemented in OUR lifetimes......

    The deserts can become green and feed the world but the elite won't let that happen.

    Times they are a'changin'.  It won't be long.  I wouldn't read Bill's reply as not being positive.  It seems more like that is an area where light is needed.
