An hour ago I was getting phone calls of an active shooter in Emmitsburg, MD. It was the "stalker" that Penn Township police has been looking for. Except for this time the stalker stole his cousin's white pick up truck on Saturday. And was seen by the police in Frederick MD over an hour ago. There was a high speed chase that ensued up through Rt 15 through Thurmont. My husband happened to be driving through thurmont when he passed the entourage. The stalker, recognizing my husband's truck, crossed the center line attempting to run my husband off the road. Even with all those cops behind him, this crazy man tries to take out my husband. The chase ended up in Emmitsburg where the cops cornered him at the gas station where a gun fight ensued. The suspect was shot and airlifted to shock trauma. Thank God it's over that's one thing I don't need to be worried about any longer. I am keeping my eyes glued to the local news to find out if the criminal survived.

The chase actually started in Pennsylvania, then ended up in Frederick County MD going down to Thurmont then back up to Emmitsburg where it ended with the death of one of the suspects. The suspects were shooting back at the police coming up 15 towards Emmitsburg and they disabled one police cruiser by taking out a tire. Shoot this sounds like something you see on the movies or TV!
