The "Red States" illusion

The most verbal of the states are the "Red States".  Here is some food for thought and I welcome criticism and opinions both for and against.  Just please remember the Golden Rule.  I would hope we all agree to disagree with respect.  :)

    Seems like it.  A way of avoiding responsibility and pushing it off on the next guys.

    Yes, it's definitely not optimum, Keith.  One has to have current numbers to manage effectively.  You would think with the advent of computers it wouldn't take so long to run the reports.
