I take the stance that I do not take any drugs what-so-ever. I know not everyone can do this, but I have not taken any drugs for more than 2 years. Not even flu medication or head-ache tablets. I simply do not trust any drugs, especially the ones doctors push. Do not only avoid those 7, avoid all if possible.
