Raising vibrations to help humanity

I had a CT scan of my stomach and legs and they found an artery in my leg 70% blocked and it is suppose to be an easy fix which has been a strain on my heart and the reason I have a problem there with clogged arteries but they are small and another attempt to put stints in them will be coming soon I also have an obstruction in my colon that is probably no big deal either all these things will get repaired very soon and I will be tuned up and ready for the last chapter of this syfy  novel we are living in. Living in this toxic world has its downside, do the best you can to avoid the poisons.

I am right behind you Cheryl. That's just what I need.

Yep, diabetes is also implicated, so looks like Jen put us onto some good information.  I was surprised to read that we don't need animal protein and that a vegan diet is the best diet of all, or vegetarian with very little (1-2x/wk) white chicken or fish, a bit of butter.  But, eggs are back in jail because their proteins are bad for the blood vessels and all cooked proteins become unusable by the body.  When you get the book, it's good to read all the theory behind the diet and flush.

And, here's something I didn't know, about TV increasing cholesterol production:

Very interesting!

Vitacost has the Super Veggie version (14 veggies instead of 12, cold pressed--which isn't stated on the 12 veggie one I linked from Amazon).  Is a bit cheaper.  I always buy everything once a month so I can get free shipping.  Total net carbs for an 8 oz glass is 9 grams, so is diabetic-friendly.

(Vitacost shows you the backside of the label so you can get the nutrition information.  Amazon doesn't.)

I think Prime is a great value too Cheryl.  Have you joined the Subscribe and Save option?  Also, I recently ordered from PrimeNow.com.. same free shipping but daily delivery.

For those interested, Lakewood has a nice organic gmo-free vegetable cocktail:

I have Amazon Prime and it's worth it ($99/year) for the free shipping.  You also get free streaming movies with the subscription.

No, because I don't all the time need things some things every month.  Most of my organic foods I get from vitacost.com, which also has a subscribe and save option and when I finally get settled on a workable diet and I get my budget in better shape, I plan to take advantage of the savings.

Thanks, I'll check out Vitacost for their organics but just so you know the Amazon Subscribe & Save is totally adjustable.  You can set how many per month or set the number of months, the dates of delivery etc.... and you can go in and Edit it at will and as often as you like.

Thanks, I'll check it out.  Cool that it is flexible.  Vitacost's might be, too, so check it out.

Yes Thanks! I sent off for the book as well.

I listened to a radio show about the amazing amount of liver and gall stones we have in us and how they disrupt your entire system one man on the show had 500 stones that had to disrupt your body. Their instructions were incomplete so I did not do it and no way to get a hold of them. I am going to get the book. Thank you it may be one of the most important things to do to your body.

Sojourner said:

I'm glad to hear you did a detox but FYI when I was having problems last year I did the Liver & Gallbladder flush as directed by Andreas Moritz, for 4-5 months.  I was passing green, brown and beige liver stones from marble boulder size to smaller.   I strongly advise The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush book.  It's amazing to see how much accumulates and then blocks our systems.

I have a new series of flushes scheduled for next month to see how much remains.

I did a liver detox a month ago and I could tell it was working. Once calcium builds up on your arteries it becomes hard to get rid of but if you use liquid magnesium it sends the calcium to your bones where it is suppose to be in advance of it being a problem. Mummies found in Egypt had the same problem. Thank you for your nice words.

Sojourner said:

Sorry to hear about the blockage Byron.. ole wives tales insisted pickle juice to be great at clearing arteries.  You will want to also consider the liver cleanse.  If the liver is processing properly it will help the whole endocrine system and so forth thru the body.  My thoughts and prayers stay with you.
