Whistleblower: L.A. Planning to Forcibly House Homeless Citizens in Camps

I have been following the plight of the homeless for a couple years now and of course it is growing but what seems to be happening also is that they have been disappearing. If things keep going in the wrong direction we would all be homeless and by setting a precedent now on how to handle homeless now would make it much easier to imprison people in the future.
