Windows 7 and 8 are now being updated to get Telemetry, same tracking as Windows 10

One thing you CAN DO if you're using Windows-7 is bring up a RUN Command and type in SERVICES.MSC Folks....

Next, scroll down until you find this service: DIAGNOSTICS TRACKING SERVICE

Then DOUBLE CLICK on that service

Then CHANGE "Startup Type" to DISABLED

Then CHANGE "Service Status" to STOPPED

This may help alot...
