  • Little by little, I'm getting away from harmful food. I've totally cut out Coca-Cola, rarely drink caffeinated tea, cut out 95% red-meat, won't touch the artificial sweetners, and am eating lots more vegetables, and drinking clean water.  I'm losing weight and feeling a lot better. 

    So, this article says caffeine acts like sugar... you just keep needing more and more to get your fix.  Mo' bettah you just stop it.  Caffeine is not a required nutrient to live.  Neither is white sugar.
