The simplest meditation technique

Most of the meditation technique requires you to imagine something and sometimes it can be really hard to tell if you have meditated right or not.

The simplest meditation technique requires no imagination at all. It is simply a relaxation and into "thoughtless" state.

Just sit down on somewhere comfortable like on your bed, with any meditation pose you feel comfortable.

However, do not sit up straight first. Rather, try to sit and then to relax completely, with your head and neck loosening down but with your body balancing gravitationally just about a pose that you won't fall down.

The next thing you need to do is simply trying to relax your mind and body. Do not think, do not try to control what your body feels, into a "thoughtless" state.

Then, when you are able to relax enough, you should be able to find out that your body can sit straight by itself. Do not fear it, let the body do what it wants to do (doing deep breathing, chanting mantra you don't understand, making various hand movements and changing poses). Do not try to understand your body, do no mental analysis. If you see something in your mind, do not get distracted, just simply continue to remain in your relaxation and thoughtless state. (This is what a kriya yoga or spontaneous qigong do if you don't understand. Or in other word, it is similar to channelling or, some people would call it as connect with your "higherself". Do not fear of losing your control of your body and mind, you can always snapped back with your own will, however doing that will stopped your meditation.) Metaphysically speaking, this is a "zero-infinite" if you want to understand in a "logical" sense.

After a while of you maintaining yourself in this meditation state, when your body settle down, where your head and neck will fall down and back to the pose in the beginning of how you have started, stop meditate. You have just completed a meditation and its done.

This meditation technique is useful for those who are unable to feel any positive result in meditation. Through this meditation, you can now experience there is something else beside just being yourself, that it is part of you and you can connect with.

No other meditation technique I have found can be simpler than this one.
