FEMA Concentration Camps - Locations and Executive Orders

'There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they mostly empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.'

that's what I'd like to know if we have a lead here we may be able to do an Internet search and get more info.

on all accounts there seems to be a list or list held by CIA/NSA let alone FBI. this is implied by many sources, though getting the actual facts is a different beast

Wow, didn't know there was a list of people!  Tammy, how did you know what you were designated as "green" or "blue"?  Because you were in the service?  OMG so it is really happening!!

laughter is a wonderful way to deal with all this, if they come knocking at the door one dark night, look at them smile then burst out laughing make a silly  joke of everything, keep laughing and one of two things will happen they will either walk away thinking you are a nutcase, or start laughing themselves. laughing is the best way to form friendships even those on the other side do to speak

laughter is the common  ground we all have between us.

now, I will do some research on this blacklist, wonder if the NSA/MI5or 6 are intercepting this posting? they say everything from here goes through GCHQ in Gloucester, maybe i am on a blacklist here?

anyhow i will do some research and if I find anything will let you all know

Does anyone know a site to see the names already on the black list? Or the pick up list?  I know my family is "Green" but I am "Blue".

I think someone posted who would be most at risk for interment in these camps.  I have many strikes against me and God willing, I will be able to bypass these death houses!  I am a former Marine of 8 years with very special training I received in my 2nd 4 years of service.  I speak out against the government (Note: I love my country but not the idiots running it into the ground). 

My plan, when this comes down is this: My family and I are going to travel under the guise of a family camping trip that we do every year.  I am hoping that if I get in one of the road blocks that I can play blonde (Funny that I have some blonde hair in me lol).  If not, we run like the wind if we can.

if you can check/verify these camps in your vicinity, Joan we would all be very very interested and thank you for the link to rense. to have a eyewitness account if these, would further enhance our understanding of what is going on and about to happen, what is being planned for.
