8/8 Portal Meditations
Meditation for/on the 8/8 portal at 8am EST/New York. Sit in a comfortable position, preferably outside in nature, begin with a few deep breaths, bringing your attention to the heart center. Now call upon the Lion Beings of Lyra and Sirius, ask them to join you, and support you. Continue breathing, visualize the 8, the symbol of infinity, throughout your body, see the energy flowing freely, imagine this symbol is in every cell of your being. Return to your heart center, visualize a giant infinite symbol one end going into the Earth, the other going above your head, expanding with each breath, with its *connecting *point being your heart center. Breathe in, see the energy flowing into you from the back portal of your heart center, out in front into the Earth, circling back & forth, each time filling you with more light. Breathe… Do this for as long as you feel comfortable.
