I've heard about skinning a chicken before, this article is good on the how-to...
This is a job I avoid doing, I'm gonna have to make myself face it soon though, too many roosters makes for one very rowdy chicken coop.

Thanks for the link. As to magazines, I picked up a copy of Rural Heritage magazine while I was at tractor supply the other day. It has some neat articles in it, including horse drawn farming, building a chicken tractor, gardening tips, etc. etc.
