Ed dames is becoming SCARED now & very concerned about the end of this year when COMET ISON comes in towards our Sun.. He's even conducting 2 separate closed-door terminal meetings in Orlando & Reno & attendees must sign a non-disclosure agreement.. Nice build up. Creates mystery well and offers salvation-for-a-price that you can't get anywhere else. (NL, anyone?) And, he's helping the ole gubmint out by not creating a panic. Of course, only his exclusive attendees will stand a chance of surviving the events and repopulating the Earth. Hope he gets a good (but small) gene pool in his attendees. And, of course, to hell with the rest of us.
Well, I can poke a hole right through that. Any one person could attend that could catch him in the act of disclosing confidential information (and get him into trouble), or hand the information over to someone who didn't sign a non-disclosure or post it anonymously on the internet. Non-disclosures do not mean compliance, especially from someone who might be judgment proof to contractual economic sanctions for breach. And I doubt it's legal to threaten jail time over a breach of contract, unless you are the gubmint.
