  • When is this thing going to make its visual debut? Didn't I read it would be equally or brighter than the Moon? Even visible during the day? This article doesn't collaborate what I heard or read. I guess when It says

"On Nov. 28, Comet ISON will swing within 800,000 miles (1.2 million km) of the sun’s surface. That close encounter could cause the comet to flare up into a brilliant night sky sight visible to the unaided eye by November"

It means the sun will flair it up and enlarge it even after it returns to the night sky. Seeing as it would be next to the sun and not a night sight?
