Our Milky Way Galaxy is comprised of 40% humans and 60% non-humans or as they prefer us to call them "other sentient Beings". In Sheldan's webinar, "Galactic Federation Members", which is now available as a download, he informs us that the Galactic Federation decided the first contact team will be comprised of only Humans~~we are not ready to meet the various "Other Sentient Beings of Light"~~our xenophobia is too ingrained.
