I listened to all 5 parts. Heather's voice was sometimes in and out, so there are a few things I missed. Overall, it was a good interview. Here are some points, but you should listen to it if you have time.
History of the TOPPT.
The people need to start brainstorming how they want their new governance and other things.
TOPPT is working on practical aspects of distribution. Says each person will get $10Bln. $500,000,000 (one-half of one billion) from each person will go to financing the new government of each country.
The important thing is to just BE and DO. They understand that people want to see others "jumping in the pool and splashing around, and proving there are no sharks." The overall system of illegal government and money has been defanged. We are seeing it in the news and have been (remember all those banker resignations or deaths? Timmy Geithner is in the news, leaving post as Treas Sec soon, Hillary and her mysterious blood clot, generals getting fired or framed, etc.). The context has been missing, but it is there. As people awaken to what has been going on, the "powers that were" will continue to crumble and we will start to see institutions fail.
Green jobs and free technology will begin to proliferate. There will be plenty of jobs for everyone to find something for which they have passion. People can't, obviously, just stop working but there will be no more want or need in the world, and everyone will be on a level playing field.

I just finish the transcript. Now it makes better sense. I guess the first run will be done in the US. Then it will spread according to need. when to procedures become public, it will be easier to implement in our lives. Fantastic subject to learn and know.
Cheryl Thak you for your clarification. I am still trying to understand how this will work. knowing human nature, we may be in for a few sabotage, but I should smarten up and simply say that I am sending all my love for this wonderful project to reach as many people as it can.

It is somewhat lengthy , but it is worth reading.
I finally got to listen to this interview - very interesting - and I'm looking forward to the next one.
For me this is the best part of the interview - even better than the money:
"H: ........... Hope is going to be removed from their verbiage. Need. Want. Those are all words that indicate they don’t have something yet and they are going to start realizing they have it and they had it all along. You are going to have incredible new architecture, agriculture systems, incredible new amounts of creativity and inventions.
B: So would free energy already be included in that?
H: All the free energy stuff has been shelved. When people would bring those kinds of inventions in and some of it was inspired from a whole different part of the universe. When that technology started to show up and they needed funding for it, the banks. I cannot tell you how many times we tried to help people and then Rumsfield came in and took those inventions, either buying them out, or make it so the person was in jail and the patents would run out.
So all of that stuff is out there, you are going to have free energy, healthy food. People are going to end up having magnificent gardens in their home. The whole system of how we live is changing. The whole system is going to be self-sustaining."
Simply fantastic - and although currently unfolding - I'm still unsure when it will be obvious!
Rosemary, her use of "Prime" means God or creator. This disbursement is apparently going to be based on American currency; however, it is intended worldwide... 164 nations or so, which have been renamed CVACs. Someone complained about the use of new age language in her announcements, so I don't know if it will change or not.
And, yes, there have been complaints about what you speak of about your electricity bill (or your mortgage or the speeding ticket you get, etc.) If you read the comments you will see them. We are waiting for that to be addressed in her next interview.
I think she said towards the end that they will be publishing some type of "101" information to help people get started. The sound quality was poor at times, but see the raw transcript. They will be filling in the blanks where things were inaudible.

I just had a good discussion with my husband about this. It appear that because Canada has more public sector infrastructure than the States, what Heather suggested may not apply. Heather did mentioned that she made sure that the One People Trust would apply to every country. If I understand correctly a person must challenge the judicial system until both party reach "Prime." In the State it is possible, but in Canada, it is not. Let say that I could not pay my electricity bill. I get a notice from the utility company. If I do not pay, I will have to appear in court. If I challenge the utility company by asking who made this law, the answer will be the Federal Government. According to the Canadian Charter of Rights, It is my duty has a Canadian citizen to pay for public services. I would need lots of money and convincing to bring or prove that Prime Creator is the ultimate law maker.
Heather repeatedly mentioned that it is our responsibilities to challenge the establishment. Even If we are told that we own a trust of half a billion dollar, most people would use this to buy useless stuff. There as to be guidelines to help us understand how this trust can apply.
For my pat I am all for it and welcome this trust, but unless we are given a 101 course it will be hard to apply and will take many years to be fully implamented
I wish Heather would have been less legalese in he explanations and more at people's level I was a challenge for me to understand what this thrust is all about.

On the wealth already accumulated, I believe the entire system will be reset to zero. The other things are very real concerns.
I'm trying to find the time to watch this, as it sounds very interesting. If true, I think the transition period is going to be the hardest.
To be honest, I still can't get my head around each person getting $10Bln and a number of questions come to mind immediately.
How would we ensure there is not rampant inflation (and, for example, we end up paying $1Bln for a loaf of bread)? The economic system would need to be revamped (currently as we all know there is not an endless supply of all commodities and as demand exceeds supply this creates pressure on price).
What happens to wealth already accumulated? If not taken into account then although closer - it still may not be a level playing field. For example many may already have housing, transport, etc - whereas others will need to spend just to catch up on the basics.
I can see some people just going berserk and "blowing" the whole lot on frivolous things in a very short period.
Perhaps I should watch it first before going on.
I am really floored by all this information. yes it was long, but worth every minute of it. there are some information that are still blur to me. I think that eventually it will become main stream. I am surprised that other people did not listed to the webcast. what does it take to wake up people.
