    I was thinking more about the homes along the Mississippi and the homes in Santa Barbara think thats the part of the California that commonly has brush fires.....pretty sure someone can correct me if I am wrong :)

    Maybe New Orleans will be rebuilt as an underwater city.  No need to have levee's then.

    Well thats one way they are different from the USA, we as a society are willing to rebuild yearly regardless of how futile it may be.

    Two Biguns lots of small & medium hit daily. It time my ears are ringing like crazy started two maybe three days now!

    The making of a ghost city where the people leave an area and don't come back because of safety concerns.  It makes no sense to some to rebuild a personal life here during this time and the memories are much too painful to stay.
