That Energy U felt on your legs may have been U'r Spiritual Guides, or even Gaia! Gaia always comes from below(both legs always) upward to introduce her self to new awaken ones! Last week, we welcomed the new frequencies from the Great Central Sun scheduled for the summer Solstice in the Northern hemisphere and winter Solstice in the Southern hemisphere of the planet. The energies that accompany June’s Solstice are bringing an upgrade to your human and Light systems.

It was last Thursday, 6/21, summer solstice, that I had a very unusual physical event.  I was standing at the sinks, cleaning my oil brushes, when suddenly I felt a very strange sensation down both shin bones.  It wasn't the fibro (1) because it didn't feel the same and (2) it was bilateral, meaning both legs simultaneously.  It lasted less than 60 seconds, with no residuals, and wondered if it was something energetic happening.
