  • I am not fond of eating meat either but food scarcity is creeping up on us.

  • Since it applies to separated beef (like ground beef), it was probably contaminated during processing. 

  • The Thanksgiving E coli probably came from farming with bio sludge or human feces which is quite normal now. I am not sure why the beef is tainted.
