I buy an elderberry mix that has zinc and a few other things with it. I follow the instructions cook it on the stove to make a syrup. It's delicious and I take a tablespoon per day.
Girlfriend is now home, and is improving, but is extremely weak. I've got her on everything I know of, and recently discovered Elderberry. Seems to work well with the vitas C,D, and Zinc......also have her on iron pills, since she's now anemic. We eat a lot of red meat, so I was surprised to hear this.....

My aunt and uncle, who are 78/79 years old, were recently exposed to Covid. They go to a christian church in PA that is where the exposure happened. Two people were sitting near by them with masks on. They both were coughing a lot. Come to find out, these "coughers" both tested positive for covid and infected eleven other people in that church. One of the coughers recently ended up in the ICU. Thank God my aunt and uncle did not contract it (they tested negative) as they were 6 feet from these people. My uncle has numerous health issues worse than my aunt. If either were to contract the disease it would kill them. This shows that masks do not protect especially if the persons infected are symptomatic. And what the heck is wrong with people who are clearly demonstrating illness to go out in public like this? Were they so stupid to think those masks would completely stop continuous coughing to go into the air? Also that church has the responsibility to ask parishioners to leave if they are symptomatic with continuous sneezing or coughing. It is stupidity like this which causes massive shut downs! My church has rules in that you cannot attend mass if you are symptomatic (coughing sneezing and or fever).
I have a feeling that they can use 4G and wifi ti create more frequencies that can effect us And lucky me is have trouble breathing, I have a stint in my heart to stop that now it does not work anymore.They are intent on locking us down as soon as possible.

don't forget Magnesium! it works with D3 & zinc. The foods that have added sh_t is the thing that is causing low iron!
