No way in Hell will Congress work with Trump on behalf of the American people. THAT would be perceived as a win for him. We cant' have that now can we.
All the broke and hungry people waiting for relief and not getting it should never vote democrat again and Trump is planning on it.
I don't think Congress would approve it.
