Impressive list, Kim.  I make my own Colloidal Silver.  Also Colloidal Copper.(kills the little parasites that swim in your blood)

I make pine needle tea, take my zinc along with my natto, and of course all the regular stuff like C with mixed bioflavanoids, balanced B Complex, and D3 with MK7.  I rarely get sick, while those around me are dropping like flies.....lots of good sunshine here in Colorado, also helps.....
