What else to avoid?

1) synthetic calcium (calcium supplements). Get your calcium from calcium rich foods instead.

2) Get rid of phosphorus deposits in the body, stay away from food with high levels of phosphorus

3) Avoid nonstick cookware with PFOA and PFC

4) Aluminum disrupts the nervous system, detox heavy metals from your body and stay away from aluminum and canned foods.

5) Stay away from artificial sweeteners

6) Avoid processed foods and pesticides, eat organic whole foods and get rid of all the pesticides. Even organic produce have pesticides, so wash them thoroughly

How to decalcify pineal gland:

1) DMT / CBD / Ayahausca and their frequency music. You would get that on YouTube

2) Wim Hof method of breathing

3) stop wheat, gluten and processed sugar

4) Meditation, yoga, sungazing

5) fluoride free toothpaste (or brush with baking soda+charcoal+bentonite clay+coconut oil)

6) Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon in boiled (and cooled) water

7) probiotics pinch of borax (sold as boric acid in market) with warm water

9) raw cacao (75%+ dark chocolate)

10) teaspoon of coconut oil daily

11) castor oil drops in ear (this is extremely strong. Be cautious)
