Hillary signed it and so did John Kerry but The senate has to ratify it or the supreme leader will sign it and call it a law. This treaty invites the UN into your country to remove any assault weapons or anything on their list. Any amendments to this can later be done at a UN level without your vote or consent. They probably have the changes written. Most people do not understand that this was Hillary's best achievement while in office along with talking countries surrounding Russia to put missiles in place.
