Ning's Terms of Service state a member has to be 13 or older to join. Answer yes or no, Are you 13 or older?

To prevent spammers, unethical competitors, and nuisance posters, we request that you provide your computer's IP number. If you don't know it, be at the computer you use most frequently and go to www.myipaddress.com. It will give your IP number for free and we will keep your IP number confidential. Be advised that IP numbers are also collected incidentally within a third-party product we use for statistical analysis. The IP number is a necessary element in our security protocol that enables our members to enjoy a safe place, to the best extent possible. It does not show up on your profile page and we never sell, rent or in any other way give out your IP number.

If the IP number cannot be verified, you will not be admitted to membership. You have to provide an answer, so please type YES to acknowledge this.
