    Yes indeed! The UN is the driver behind every Orwellian act proposed or enacted.

    When CA drained there reservoirs into the ocean and the coast was chemtrailed 24/7 to block moisture and create a drought it was agenda 21 moving people back to the cities and tax every drop of water. The UN was involved directly.

    A not so simple truth. California has been watching it enter their lives the longest and the Obama EPA ushered in  some terrible parts of agenda 21/30 Global warming AKA climate change is a big part of this catastrophe.
