Dirty water will probably kill and weaken more people during the SHIFT than any other thing this has to be the cheapest and easiest way to clean your water. Before the Iraq war Bush put sanctions on that country and they could not import chemicals to purify their water and as a result 50,000 children died of waterborne diseases they never counted the adults.
