Barbie & Ken Cromar vs. Goliath IRS: Now at 5 years 4 months, 18 court cases later, including suing the Commissioner of the IRS and winning and following in the footsteps of the Brunson Brothers, the case was headed toward the Supreme Court.
The Brunson Case alleged that 385 members of Congress, plus Biden, Harris and Pence violated their oath of office to protect the Constitution and committed Treason by not investigating 50 formally presented allegations of fraud in the 2020 Election. If SCOTUSruled that Congress did not investigate the 50 allegations of fraud in the 2020 Election before certifying the Election (which they did not) and therefore violated their Oath of Office, then the Biden Administration and all of Congress could automatically be suspended.
Raland Brunson’s Case #22-380 was denied.
On Tues. 25 April 2023 the Supreme Court docketed the Loy Arlan Brunson Case #22-1029 and it was now up for consideration to be heard before the SCOTUS Justices. We bypassed the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals using the Rule 11 (national emergency rule) and the US Supreme Court accepted it. We are now waiting for the Solicitor General to respond. Raland Brunson’s surprise St. Patrick Day Utah case was filed against Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Katenji Jackson Brown, for violating their Oath of Office. The case was now in US District Court in Salt Lake City, and needed our prayers and letters encouraging the magistrate Jared C. Bennet to HEAR the case and allow the three Justices to prove their innocence, if they can.
Loy BrunsonUpdate on Plan E: As a result of the Court Order which was issued by my Federal Court Judge to the three Justices (that if they don’t respond to my lawsuit against them, they would be removed from office) they lawyered up, complied with the order and filed a motion asking the judge to not let my case go forward on grounds that they are just too important to be sued, that they should be immune to such things, and that (in so many words) are above the Law. Well, this gives us the opportunity to file an opposition to this motion, and oppose it we will! They are submitting to the decision of my judge, which they can appeal all the way up to the US Supreme Court! What do I say about this? Ha ha, bring it on baby!
