    At the end of March, Levine with the approval of Wolf, mandated that any nursing home resident with covid could not be in a hospital as that would take up necessary hospital beds.  So any sick nursing home resident had to stay at the facility and could not be admitted to a hospital.   A few days before this, Levine moved his 95 year old mother out of a facility and placed her in a nice motel room (efficency).  Levine knew that the death rates would sky rocket at nursing homes.  People in Pa are very angry over the losses sustained because of them.
