Forum "Add Discussion" button

I am adding a screen shot of what I see.  If anyone cannot see the "add discussion" button at the top of this forum please let me know.

That Big + Add Discussion botton doesn't exist here on by browser! I have Firefox what Browser R U using?

I am using Chrome.  I will check Edge....

I tried both  Chrome and Firefox - same effect...
