these are the exact words of my source before he dried up, i have not heard from him since and my last three emails have gone unanswered. He is completely bona fida, the real thing ,had or has very high security clearances, was in black projects, i have few doubts about this. what really got my bl odd coursing a bit was this email he sent me. I withhold his name rank etc and where he says he was based. even though he gave me permission to reveal this but I think we was wrong here so, I maintain my silence. anyhow, here are his words as relates to the incoming brown dwarf, make of them what you will, but it sounds very convincing to me, though I still keep an open mind about all this until more data is available.

yes I seen it , but remember I'm not a scientist and really dont know what they used to see it, it is as they say 3 x the size of Jupiter ! they used a radio telescope so i could see it on a TV screen, and it was MASSIVE!!!!! and yes i was told by the scientist that Saturn had flipes although i didn't see it. What they are concerned with ELENIN it may be the same planet , I think it is , the timetable is within 1 to 1 1/2 years before we feel it , and it was told to me by the chief scientist that it will be a total pole shift for us!!!!!!! notice he says 3 times size of Jupiter. i believe size and mass are constantly mixed up, we all do it. it is possible it is 3 times the mass of jupiter, though he could really mean size. in which case it is damned big, very big. and if it is a very dense body as well, use your imagination.
I suspect his CIA handlers have silenced him he was very reticent about saying anything after the first few emails, so, leave it at that.

msred, You know how, when we see pictures of Saturn, the rings (Saturn's equator) are pretty horizontal? Well, latest pictures of Saturn show the rings in almost vertical in position, with the supposition that something is pulling at it. The other outer planets, also, have evidence of this pulling effect, like a huge magnetic force... with their equators also tilted. As Nicholas says... about 90 degrees.

flips are axial shifts, i have heard Saturn flipped 90 degrees. there seems some truth in this, if planet x affects the earth in a serious manner we will flip over this s part of the cause of the high winds and seas, and by seas I mean hundred even thousand foot seas.
these are stories and so far very hard to prove or disprove. what is even worse is if the landmasses detach from the magma and begin floating over it , the idea of continental drift is utter patent rubbish all evidence shows the landmasses moved very quickly, At the time of the last and previous passings of Nibiru. and the worst event we have record of was eleven thousand years ago when Atlantis sank. this is when the human race almost died out and life almost perished we believe.
