After the category four hurricane hit Louisiana on Sunday, over a million are still without electricity. With wind gusts of up to 172 mph (277 km/h), the storm tied the state's previous record for wind speed. Heavy rains and a dangerous storm surge led to extreme flooding throughout the region.
