Sorry just seeing this. Great list, Kim. Only one thing to add is Ivermectin also known as Horse Paste. Of course a person does not take the horse dose, but only about the size of a pea couple times a day.
Goodness, Martin, please get well soon!!
Back to your list, Kim... I have been really well this winter. I do take daily, NAC, 5000 D3, natto a couple of times a week, CoQ10, among others.
My doctor gave me a BIG lecture about taking supplements the last time I was there.
For all these years I have lived holistically, and doing very well. Maybe every 15 years or so something will pop up that needs to be taken care of.
At the time I started each of my supplements, I did my due diligence as to why I needed that particular item. Anyway, I'm a firm believer in preventative living.
Again. Get well wishes to Martin. Please let us know how you are getting along.

FWIW, I am not advocating anyone taking supplements, or not. This has just been my choice for my life.
Thank you for the reminder on Ivermectin. I had felt I was missing something! Dianna was your doctor against you taking supplements? Or for it?
I do try to keep organic supplements on hand. I have had to cut back recently due to circumstances. Now if I could find that second job sooner than later that would be nice. I know exactly where I need to be but the timing. That is hard waiting.
Being 'Medicine', I feel he was skeptical as to what supplements could do. My medicine list included all that I am taking, like CoQ10 for example. His words were (as if I had just discovered holistic medicines), you have to look at what the people who are selling these supplements hope to accomplish. He did not forbid my usage, but did not encourage it either.
I see. As to your doctor's comment, it can go both ways with any type of supplements sold whether natural, or from BIG Pharma itself. I am guessing your Doctor isn't asking the question "what are these pharma companies hoping to accomplish?". Many allopathic doctors do not question any of big pharma's poisons (excluding necessary stuff like anesthesia, or insulin, or needed thryoid meds due to no thyroid, etc). As we know, with the pharmaceutical companies, a lot of the necessities such as insulin are outrageously priced. That says to me GREED right there.
