In regards to all things anyone, and every person shares.. Including those you admire and look up to.. Always discern Information and take it all with a grain of salt.. Every one is human and no one is perfect..
In truth know one knows what you need.. No one knows everything.. Take what resonates with your soul and leave the rest.. If it doesn't feel right.. There is a reason for it.. That may or may not mean its bad or wrong, Yet it may not be for you either.. I could be your issue or its to do with something else..
Taking things on 'Face value' or Just trusting someone because they are a 'friend' or they know you, or because you look up to them or you like them is like playing Russian roulette...
Feel into your soul whether it feels authentic.. Feel why something feels a certain way.. Does it feel mixed..? Does it feel pure..?
When you feel into things..
Detach from your mind and thoughts.. breathe deeply.. engage with your solar plexus and your higher self.. Its important to sit with those feelings.. just let them be.. accept how you feel.. acknowledge your feelings and any triggers..
Take the time let the feelings evolve until you feel you are comprehending why you feel that way.. Allowing yourself to feel this way does not mean you have to act on anything.. Sitting in the discomfort in this way of feeling into our feelings.. This is a wonderful way to build clarity and deeper comprehension of ourselves..
What this does, Feeling into our feelings is to change our paradigm of who we are.. By this i mean we allow ourselves to become more whole.. By changing our Paradigm it not only allows healing of deep and ancient wounds.. It also allows us to respond more intimately within ourselves.. It may also change our outward responses or non responses.. Yet any change is because we know ourselves more deeply, more intimately, more divinely, more whole..
By Feeling into our emotions and triggers we become more sovereign.. By this i mean.. That you become less influenced by external factors and you nurture your internal process in a way in which activates your inner truth more authentically..
Rember.. Just because it feels right for someone else doesnt always mean its right for you.. Feel into things deeply so you have known why its right or not right for you.. It goes the same way for others.. Know that what is right for you may not be right for them.. We are all on individual Journeys..
Let go of those old programs that havent best served our soul.. Learn why you are Unique learn what works for you and why.. Don't assume anything..
Be aware of who and why you are who you are... There are no need of comparisons or judgements or competition with others.. You dont need to be like anyone else to be liked or to feel popular are important.. Shift those thoughts.. You are perfect flaws and all..
Feel who you are.. and feel your authenticity.. Be Original.. Be You.. Feel all that you are.. Love You for everything that you are.. You are Beautiful you are designed magnificently.. Know your self.. Feel into all your emotions.. Celebrate your Divine Magnificence ..
Beautiful Earth Child you are an amazing being.. This Journey has been an amazing experience.. While you have learnt and grown so much.. No one here has yet mastered themselves.. Look to that that makes your bliss come alive..
Embrace your inner child smell the roses, enjoy all those little moments more.. Never be hard on yourself.. Go out and enjoy the blessings of nature.. Nurture yourself.. Love who you are unconditionally.. Dance, Sing, Laugh, Weep upon the beauty of the sunset, .. Acknowledge and Enjoy all the magical blessings of this wonderful life.. our Wonderful planet, and the divine oneness of the universe.. Rember that All these Beautiful things are reflected inside your gorgeous heart..
