I was forced to take anti depressants by my ex 20 years ago. I had two different doctors tell me that I do have anxiety, but it is low level and does not interfere with my life and that in their recommendations, I did not need to take those anti depressants. I only agreed to take them in order to try to save my marriage. That didn't work. Never again will I ever allow such a thing to happen! What I learned from all of this is to establish BOUNDARIES. In any human relationship.
